Before use "UMIGURI" (hereinafter referred to as the SOFTWARE), please agree to the terms of use.

As used here in, the "the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE" shall means software that has a trademark of Japan trademark No.5754429.

The terms of use are subject to change without prior notice. I will notify you of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to this website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the SOFTWARE.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Modifying, redistributing, and repurposing the SOFTWARE and included data in the SOFTWARE except for accepted items.
  • Using the SOFTWARE with music, charts, audios, images, and other data extracted from the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.
  • Playing charts from the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.
  • Relating the SOFTWARE with the name of the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.
    e.g., including the name of the ORIGINAL SOFTWARE in a title or a description of the SOFTWARE gameplay videos.
  • Using "UMIGURI", a name of the SOFTWARE, for commercial purposes as name
    e.g., using "UMIGURI" for sales promition of a peripheral device.

The developer shall not be held responsible for any issues or damages incurred.
